MQ’s surplus shrinks a little more today!
“Hi, Mighty, it’s that time of year again. The Annual Port Washington/Manhasset Chapter of Cancer Care’s biggest fund-raiser, the RED STOCKING REVUE! This has been going on for about 40 years. The shows will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. at Paul D. Schreiber H.S. in Port Washington, 101 Campus Drive. $ 20 at the door. Tickets, info and discounts for seniors and children, are available on www.redstockingrevue.org.
“This would have been my 20th year performing in the show, but, unfortunately, I’ve been ‘under the weather.’ Second year Director Sue Bishop Copeland, President Vilma Jones and longest tenured member and Producer Barbara Faticone, will be taking care of business!
“I was so touched about the Mike Leamy story, that I drove there and donated a check! We Vietnam veterans, must stick together!” Coach Tony Botta.
Mighty was waiting on the Blackhawks on Wednesday and likes the White Sox on Thursday. The surplus is 46 sirignanos.
