Not even Slowhand can uproot the Rangers out of their home.

Guitar god Eric Clapton is scheduled to play 70th Birthday Celebration shows on Friday and Saturday at Madison Square Garden, but with the chance the Rangers could host a second-round game against either the Islanders or Capitals on one of those days, Clapton might get bumped.

There is a note about the shows on the Garden’s official website that states “Dates subject to change to May 3, 2015 if conflict with playoff game.” So if the Rangers play either Friday or Saturday, the postponed show would be moved to Sunday.
